We understand that some users may need to close their Gazelle Account. We are sad to see you go 😢 In these early stages of Gazelle we would love to hear any feedback you may have for us before you go. Was there a feature you were looking for? Or maybe it felt too slow or sluggish. Reach out, let us know so we can always work on improving our user experience. That being said, when you are ready to close your Account, we suggest the following:
- Withdraw any available funds in your Account. This can be done by spending the balance, withdrawing cash or an ACH transfer initiated from your External Account. If your Account is closed with funds remaining, you will be sent those funds in the form of a check to the address on file. Please note that there is a $15 fee for the processing and shipment of this check.
- Ensure all automatic payments or direct deposits are turned off or routed to a different Account.
- Lastly, call our Account Support Team at 833-954-0797. One of their agents would be happy to walk you through the process of closing your Gazelle Account.
