Uh oh! Lost your wallet, someone took your purse or maybe your card is just so worn down from all the constant swiping; do not fret, we got a solution for you!
It sounds like it is time to replace your Gazelle Card. Here is how to do just that:
1. Tap the Account icon ( ) in the bottom navigation menu.
2. Tap on Manage Card.
3. Tap on Replace Card. This will open a window inside the app to begin the process of replacing your card. Just follow the steps and once you are done you should receive a new card with a new card number in the next 7-10 business days. Do note that once your card has been replaced the old card will be deactivated immediately and rendered useless.
