We have all been there! Typing in the same password you've typed in 100 times and boom, you can't log in. So, you start typing in another password and another password and another password. Soon you've typed in every password you have used since your first email you ever set up OR maybe you like to keep things super secure and would like to update your password. Either way, doing so is super simple in Gazelle.
1. On the log in screen select Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email address of your Gazelle Account in the box. A password reset email will be sent to you right away.
3. Go into your email and find your password reset email. The reset password email is known to show up in spam or promotional folders sometimes so be sure to scan through all your email folders if you don't see it within the first few minutes. Follow the link and type in your new password in the box. When you are finished select Change Password. Your new password will be effective immediately.
