Misplaced your card but think you still might find it between the couch cushions? No worries, you have the ability to "freeze" or lock your Gazelle card so it cannot be used.
1. Tap the Account icon ( ) in the bottom navigation menu.
2. Tap on Manage Card.
3. Tap the Lock Card toggle ( ).
This will turn off your card's ability to make purchases in almost all circumstances. This may NOT stop vendors who have previously authorized your card to continue drafting. For instance, if you pay for Netflix with your Gazelle card, the monthly drafts would still continue to go through even if you have turned "Allow Transactions" off. This also holds true with any vendor that has pre-authorized your card within 6 months.
You can toggle it back on when you find it in those dirty couch cushions. If you do not find it, it may be time to replace your card. See Replacing Gazelle Card for more details.
